These classes are suitable for all level of student
including beginners.
PRENATAL YOGA
Pregnancy yoga classes help maintain your own wellbeing whilst you prepare for the birth of your baby.
Classes are ideal for all levels – from those new to yoga as well as those with more experience.
POSTNATAL YOGA
Postnatal yoga classes give you time to reconnect with your body post pregnancy and birth.
The yoga classes are for mothers but babies can come along too.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
PRIVATE CLASSES
Private yoga classes are an ideal way to begin, deepen and develop your yoga practice.
Private classes give beginners space to build confidence and are also an excellent way to return to practice post injury.

Her classes suits all levels because she adapts postures for the less experienced and challenges the more experienced. Joelle is very kind and personable and I would highly recommend classes with her.
She always has options for beginners as well as more advanced students. Her vinyasa classes are superb but her Ashtanga classes are the best!
