Postnatal Yoga

Suitable from 6 weeks after birth

This course is available to anyone who has a child 6 weeks to crawling.

Classes focus on rebuilding core support by toning the deep abdominal muscles using both postural and breathwork. Breath-led movements help to ease the aches and pains that can come from pregnancy & life with a baby – all the carrying, nursing and rocking can lead to tightness in the shoulders and neck as well as lower back pain.

Babies are welcome to come too

These classes are very relaxed and babies are welcome to come along, you can feed, change, hold or play with your baby as and when you need to.
